Booking Policies
Cancellations & Rescheduling
I require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service total.
No Shows
No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service and may require full prepayment for future bookings.
Late Policy
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be modified or canceled and the cancellation fee may apply. This ensures I stay on time for all clients.
Guests
No extra guests are allowed unless approved beforehand due to limited space.
Preparation – Please arrive with:
- Clean lashes (no makeup or oils)
- No caffeine before lash appointments
- Avoid retinol/Accutane before waxing services
- Please have a seat in the waiting area and I'll be with you when I'm ready.
Respect Policy
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone showing disrespectful behavior.
Refunds
Due to the nature of beauty services, refunds are not offered. If you have any concerns, please reach out within 48 hours and I will be happy to make adjustments.
